I wish!!
I guess this manager just really likes me or is trying to clear out the Hospital Section. I have gotten 5 trees from them in the last two months. 4 of them from the "Hospital Section". The list prices for the trees is over $800 and I have paid just under $150.00 for all of them. I got a $300 Arborvitae for $10, the $150 Cotinus for $5, a $300 Japanese Maple for $99, a $40 Bayberry for $5, and when I was joking about a Flowering Almond being in the Hospital Section, the cashier gave me 10% of on it. The J. Maple will go into the yard but I have taken cutting from it to bonsai.

Last year, I collected and sowed over a hundred acorns, fearing that squirrels would eat most of them. Well, they ate none, so I've to find a place for all those seedlings.
Anyway, I loved this particular one that get rid of its coating and now it looks like a pair of lungs.

Installed a watering system into the storage greenhouse, since the weather gets too warm too early now and of course that means cold can and will happen too. So trees can't come outside (where there is a watering system) for another few weeks, and I still want to have travel plans... Yes you can have it all.... bwahahaha. This is only for the trips over a few days when the trees are already leafed, and they might dry out if the weather during that time is hot. Have a Kasa on off plug that I can schedule or just run from an ap. I use the Kasas for the lighting as well.

Potted up my 3 gingko runts. They ate about 15 years from seed and were in the ground in full shade... Just tied them up with jute twine, not to fuse but to keep them together until the roots establish. Hoping they'll grow well and look bigger...

Did you added a drip/spitter line as well? I have noticed that not a lot of water made it to the soil with the mister system in my old set up. Adding a line with at least 1 spitter on each pot will remedy this issue. Best thing about the one I use (on the spitter link) is that when it is not in use you can reverse the connection and it plugs the line. Also, no need to use adapters with the Primerus system, just make the hole in the 1/2" line and push the 1/8" lead in. I've been using them for 5 years now and will not go back to traditional drippers or sprayers.

Recently (3/24/25) I removed my 2 1/2 year old black pine from its pot to trim roots. I replanted in same pot with fresh soil. About 2-3 days after repotting, I pulled a good amount of needles and trimmed remaining ones. Some of the top needles on the most mature growth started to brown and now tips of needles I trimmed are beginning to brown as well.

Just wanted to get some thoughts and suggestions from you all. Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice or comments are appreciated Thanks

Did you added a drip/spitter line as well? I have noticed that not a lot of water made it to the soil with the mister system in my old set up. Adding a line with at least 1 spitter on each pot will remedy this issue. Nope, Ive never had trouble with my misters putting out enough water to thoroughly drench the soil. I use the same ones in my outside system. It was a little more challenging in the greenhouse as the heads are closer, so I just added an extra one per side. I also added two 1/2 pattern sprinkler heads on the one side that has the double table setup as the misters didn't spread that far. That way I didn't have to add a line over that table set. These are the heads I use. They also carry a full 360 pattern sprinkler head, but it throws too far for this smaller setup.

I don't like splitters and drip as I like the freedom to move things around without disassembling things, and I like the cleaner look of an overhead system. I also feel like with porous soil, an emitter will only wet out one area as opposed to full coverage.
