I personally love this quote, it's not about bonsai but it does refer to garden which could be anything plant related.

Two I liked that I heard from people at shows.

This from a young man taking pictures (mostly selfies) with his cell phone: "Look. They have wired branches onto some of those trees!"

And my favorite from a ten or eleven year old girl to her mother as they first entered the display area: "OH WOW. THOSE ARE SO COOL!"
