Air layering mugo pines

That is wise. Being Septuagenarian myself I recently discovered the curses of Agent Orange are catching up to me, the outcome of said disability may severly curtail my future bonsai work. Point being you never know when something in the menue of life my catch up with you so keep your goals reasonable and doable.

Something tells me I should stop thinking there will be any upcoming Nintendo Bonsai Action games. 😄

If Mario Paint can be a game I can't see why a bonsai game wouldn't sell. Imagine having a game to grow and shape trees; that would actually be pretty damn cool. Look at The Sims. You make a fake person go to work and make supper. Bonsai would be way more engaging than that crap.

This thread has triggered me in starting a layer on a "backup branch" on a mugo I styled over winter. Will wire the branch out hopefully this weekend, and pop a layer on there and then tell it to stop sulking, and start rooting. Of course, all documented in HD & stills.

same here, that's why I was checking strengths.... mine is only 0.2% powder, maybe I need to turn it up to 11?
