It says just Japanese Maple.
I'm guessing it might be a JM grown from seed, so no particular cultivar.

Oh my goodness! A one of a kind!?! I haven't seen such a great fall coloration. I think my Katsura had a Halo, but not like this. I hope it leafs out with a Halo in the spring and does this each fall!
