Might be a dumb question but wouldn't rolling two dice exclude single digit results? (when one shows only 10, 20, etc)

There is a "00" side. So "00" plus a "0" on the other die is 100. The dice rolls go from "00" to "99". If you ever play any role-playing games, people are well aware of the heart-stopping moment when you roll percentile dice and roll a "000", which means something very good or very bad is about to happen
