Shannon Salyer of Kusa Farms just fired up a YouTube channel - just an intro video so far but will be keeping an eye on this one! He has a particular focus on shohin, which I love. Bjorn did a series of videos with him awhile ago on his site, too.

 
BSOP has some great videos on youtube that I just discovered. The videos from the Farm to Table event were pretty helpful.
Agree. The Mirai BSOP series in particular are a goldmine of information. I mean that's applicable for Mirai in general.
 
A lot of my answers have been mentioned and are pretty much staples but I'd also add Greenwood Bonsai, Appalachian Bonsai and anything from Harry Harrington. I also really enjoy Todd Schlafer.
