which type of pine is this? Do you think it should be purchased?

I had considered that but it resembles my one mugo pine more than any of my 4 scots pines. Hard to know when not in hand.

I have two mugo pines. this year is the first year. They're not even pre-bonsai. Just taken from the nursery. there is a bud this season. I was panicked. but I read in this forum that sometimes mugos can do it.

I don't know what kind .. I will learn how to wait over time. I'm so ignorant yet.

I also do not know when to switch to the exercise pot, pruning the root. Turkey also different climate. I couldn't make a full decision.

That said, the value of any tree there will be quite different from anywhere else.

I was thinking a couple days ago about how I've never heard of any Russian bonsai artists, or rather, we don't have any active here, then Bjorn made the podcast with the Russian dude that just finished an apprenticeship.

Glad this thing does what it does to make the world smaller and more unified.

Like it was when they built Göbekli Tepe. I would love to visit.

I think it's funny how they can't fathom a society greater than ours.

We will eventually find all the evidence at the bottom of the ocean.
