What’s your latest Bonsai related purchase?

Started my year off right! Got this a week ago

Picked up this acer clump on the Facebook auctions. Excited to see it leaf out in the spring. Got it mulched in even though we are still having days in the 50s here in Boise and no snow to speak of.

Yeah, I think it could be nice. It was a lucky roadside pick up in Nov. of 24. Somebody ripped it out and dumped it on the side of the road. I stopped when I saw it and could not pick it up by myself. Had to commandeer dear husband and his truck...
I would like to repot it into something smaller this spring, but I am a bit overextended... It seems to be doing well in its barrel, maybe, I'll just carve and wire it for now...

Won this beautiful @vancehanna Pot from his auction. For a steal since no one else bid. He just shipped it so I don't have yet. Here's his listing photo. The glaze is just amazing. I own several of his pots. I don't have any BONSAI trees to put in them. I only have sticks in pots growing out to one day be a BONSAI maybe. I use some for my succulents others just on display as art for now.

I don't have a crabapple guess I'll have to get one lol. Pots with inward turned lip I'm nervous about having outside in winter with the freeze thaw I get in PA

I have a dumb canoe pot with a big lip that had a big jade tree in it. I almost broke the pot trying to get the tree out.
