A little bit of common sense goes a long way:) Here is a direct quote from my original posting, I though I was clear. Either way, they were available on here yesterday but today their not. I'll venture onto a different ave. Quote:
"I'm only looking for quality tree's (please keep that in mind when making me an offer so that nobodies time is wasted). PM offers with pics here on the forum, thanks!"
 
Food for thought. What is wrong with saying...sorry,I don't think that was what I'm looking for.

Remember value of any tree is what one is willing pay for it. Or what the owner has a personal attachment for. Or...ones saying something in jest...

By not putting a value ballpark. You left it open for one's comments. To want the thread closed is rediculous! B-Nut doesn't need to babysit...and I see it a waist of HIS time to remove the thread over a petty offer.
 
Remember Joe, you jumped into this hobby headfirst with no experience. It'll be good for you to take the advice from those who have been doing this hobby longer than I've been alive.

Why do you want the thread shut? Are you embarrassed or do you no longer have the trees?

Funny you should ask! Thread has already been trashed by people like you who insist on making posts totally unrelated to the actual purpose of the thread itself. That and by people who have no ability to comprehend what's been written. Oh, and I did take Smokes advice which I stated several posts back:)

You've gotta admit, you basically told Al he was wrong then proceeded to do things your own way, eventually succumbing to the advice. You did the same with wiring advice you were given too.

I like the trident, but as it is the structure isn't very good and personally would not pay much for it. Its difficult to produce delicate refined branching on kotohime due to their growth characteristics and that tree shows it. Both trees have decent bones though. Not sure what kind of trade you are looking for but I wouldn't expect anything super nice and high quality in exchange.

I might be spoiled living in socal though as I have access to lots of "cheap" good quality pre-bonsai material. Your collection is pretty rad though. If you are able to further develop and refine a lot of your trees their value will go up a lot.

Thank you for your assessment but I think the structure is pretty damn good on this Trident:) Too bad it's not available anymore...

 
I was just joking and anyone can see that.
These are just ok trees... I don't see a masterpiece coming from them anytime soon.

Why do you keep buzzing around my bar-b-q? BTW, I've actually done quite a bit of work to these trees since I got them:) How about stop hating and just go work on your own tree's man....
