I don't think so, but still stormy out so haven't checked. Lost power for a minute and TV for 5...Did you have any damage?

It got dark quick...storm blew through pretty fast, power flickered but stayed on. I've been lucky and I've never seen a tornado in MI. (and don't want to either) I just click my heels and go to the basement with my favorite trees. Then I grab the wife.I don't think so, but still stormy out so haven't checked. Glad we both made it through unscathed.Fortunately, I saw your post - previous weather reports had not noted the extreme weather! I moved stuff inside and/or under protection. We had a few minutes of high wind, and some relatively minor hail, but seem to have got off lucky for you. A friend in Pickney had a large landscape tree come down, and lost power.....
Thanks. I guess round two tomorrow nightLast year around this time, we had two very bad tornadoes rip through Kalamazoo and Portage during a bad storm. There are still many trees down even yet in the worst hit areas. The storm totally destroyed many homes and businesses. My brother's shop and his pole barn were totaled. I was worried about far worse things than my bonsai, but I had not yet taken them out of winter storage so that was fortunate.
I am happy that you didn't sustain much damage, @Dav4
Yes, it’s a dwarf crested Iris. I was gifted a few of these almost a decade ago by someone who worked for the national parks department and would routinely strip them off of hiking trails along the Georgia portion of the Appalachian Trail. Those are beauties Dave! Is that first one some kind of dwarf iris?

I don't do anything special. They get watered and fed with my trees but they definitely get less fert, particularly when flowering. I do need to thin out the pots with irises regularly, as they fill up a pot quickly and don't flower well when crowded.Nice, I love irises. I have a native Rocky Mountain iris as a little accent plant, but it has not flowered for me yet. I’ve only had it 2-3 years.
Do you do anything special to get yours to flower in a small pot?
