Just an updated photo. It’s progressing I think, hopefully in a good direction but I’m learning as I go of course. The apex area is challenging.

Great little tree that's taking on a nice aged look. I think it deserves a smaller, nicer pot.

I think tilting it slightly to the left and then wiring it accordingly would help.

Thanks. The pot is Jim Jenigan and actually rather nice although it is too big. It’s been in it so long it’s difficult to picture it in any other. Unfortunately Jim isn’t making any more. I keep looking.

People have been saying it needs to tilt more left for years. I may increase it slightly more at the next repot, but I’ve always enjoyed it’s slight imbalance.
