Thanks for the link! I have ended my search for variegated Chinese elm cultivars because I have about 6 now. One thing I will say - the elm cultivar in the listing is not "frosty". Frosty has variegation on the leaf margins only.
@Bonsai Nut For the variegated version of the Chinese elm are there any special requirements for them or are they treated just like any other Chinese elm?
I was able to pick up a root cutting one today at the San Diego Bonsai Club show. No specific name on it.
I was thinking of growing it out and taking air layers off of it in the future.
Yes I still have them all and have been propagating and spreading them around when I have the opportunity. I don't understand what you mean by "specifically the firing"?
