Was shipped looked good. I've had it in plenty of sun. Came from a nursery next state over so it should be at least familiar with Alabama heat. It's just went downhill as soon as I got it.The soil doesn't appear to be the greatest as far as drainage and it's moist. I've laid off watering and moved it in my garage that temp controlled at 80 and a grow light. It's still humid in garage but not as bad. The other pine I got looks perfect. Both treated same but it has different soil and slightly bigger. Should I do like a 50% repot? I know pines are finnicky about roots and repot. I've read 50% one year then the other 50% next year. 1000016089.jpg 1000016091.jpg1000016092.jpg1000016090.jpg

It looks like it has dried out, See that it is watered well daily if it drains well, give at least partial Sun and cross fingers☺️

That is a goner. No reason to have a JBP in the garage if you live in AL. If you wired it recently, that probably didn’t help as it likely disturbed/damaged the roots. Try again, just leave it outside in full sun, get good at watering timing and wait until fall to try any wiring.

It's been outside on porch getting plenty of sun but it's been going downhill since I got it. When received it was moist so I don't think it's dried out. And as much rain as we have gotten in Alabama it's not dried out

Also I didn't wire it it came that way

Picture #2 convinces me this is a dead tree, unfortunately.

It is time to move on to other material. Ideally from a different grower, since there are several tell-tale signs that they're not doing the things they should be doing.

Well crap. I'm sure an attempted repot would expedite its doom

Yes, it is gone for quite a while
