how do you get the seedlings gain girth to look similar to the other roots? These will be very thin compared to the other.
You let them grow!!!how do you get the seedlings gain girth to look similar to the other roots? These will be very thin compared to the other.
But how?Does this have to be done in a larger container? Maybe, when I repot I don't cut them? Do I have to use very large donors? You let them grow!!!

edit: duh! I get it! Let the seedling grow a lot hahahah
I will see what I have available...Yes but... do not let them thicken up too much as it will become harder to strike a successful and good looking root graft. I usually use two to three year old seedlings. When repotting I also don't cut back that root.
Lost in translation... ¿?...and she tells the locksmith...."please get here quick, it's starting to rain and I left the top down!"
Thanks! It is 17°C or 65°F here... autumn hasn't really arrived yet! LOLI like the tree, I like your proposed front. Knuckle has to delt with and I think your other plans are the way to go. Good looking tree. Enjoy your winter, this is about our 9th straight day over 100 and it is getting old.
