Possible mold on a Crepe Myrtle

Not sure if you can tell with this picture but I believe this could possibly be mold on my crepe Myrtle. If so is this treatable and if so what’s the best way to deal with this? Any help would be great.

I don't think that's really anything to worry about. If you're concerned, get a toothbrush and scrub it off.
