pictures loading skew ?

sorry guys but when i load pictures (attach files) i cannot get them to rotate . when i do the rotate left or rotate right , the image stays skew....
please help this technologically impaired individual...

This is a test image - lots of friends with knee issues, nothing personal. I don't even see the options for rotation, but I'm on mobile.

I guess your only option would be to rotate them on your pc/mobile and save them.
My images are saved automatically in the correct orientation after snapping them, because I have 'Auto Rotate (screen)' activated in my mobile dropdown menu. It works as a automated level to tell my phone how to store it (portrait or landscape based on how I held my phone while taking the pic). My guess is that the forum reads this information too and rotates the images back to the original.
If you can find that function somewhere om your device, it might save you the hassle of manual rotation in the future. But all the pics already made would require either manual rotation or manual removal of the orientation data.
If you're uploading camera-made pictures, you'd probably be stuck with the orientation they were saved at, requiring you to edit that manually.
