Well if you are anywhere near Atlanta, I would get in touch with the Atlanta Bonsai Society, they are a really good group and are the best club in the southeast in terms of getting quality professionals on a consistent basis.Hello all,
I have been interested in Bonsai for sometime but just decided to jump in and try my hand. Have been reading and watching videos for a while. Bought a few beginner style pre Bonsai to see if I can keep these alive. Just finished my area to get started.

What part of Ga?Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone.
I have been into my landscape and doing everything myself for over 30 years. I know to check into plants that will grow in my zone 8b. I have many Japanese maples and plants I tend to. I know by reading a lot that taking care of the bonsai stuff is a different beast.
My front yard was my last big project when I turned into a Japanese stile garden including handmade bride.
