I wish someone gave me this advise when I built my bench... while I was planning on only have small trees, while developing some of them they tend to get rather large. Now I am adding above ground planters for "in-ground" growing and planning on adding some single shelve units for the larger trees.Nice work. The stepped design is great for smaller trees.
Once you have a few that are larger, you might think about a a simple platform. The steps can limit what you can put on each level and some levels can get shaded out. A three foot high table allows more room to spread trees out.
@Njyamadori if you like the industrial look and have a Northern Tool around you, the above ground units they are selling are very well priced. So far the best price and quality on the 6x3 units. The ones from Amazon use a lighter gauge and they are about 1.5 x the price.
