looks a bit like parsonii to me

Do parsonii usually get this tall? (~5.5ft/1.6m)

Here is another picture that I believe is of the same species and close up of the foliage. I thought it was ground cover juniper type until I saw this one..

@leatherback Mystery solved, you were right about the Parsonnii, and the taller one I posted is Eastern Red Cedar
