Need help identifying this tree

Hello Everyone,
A friend of my mother’s dropped these off for her, she said I can come pick it up if I want it, from the picture it looks like they could possibly be eastern red cedar? I know the picture is not that good but any help identifying these trees and their care would be great, thank you.

Its a Juniper for sure, could be J. virginiana or maybe a J. chinensis needle cultivar
