They are definitly Chinese Juniper, possible Shimpaku of some sort.

I think they are all hollywood...torolusa.
Most people think that hollywood junipers are these tall narrow junipers we see everywhere as windscreens and property dividers. When in one gallon cans, and before they straighten out they look just like shimpaku with twists and turns and plenty of adult shimpaku like foliage at an early age. In fact getting a hollywood to revert to juvinile foliage is nearly impossible, no matter how hard you cut it. And, they have the dark red bark.
