Nice! How long has it been in the pot? I've been wanting to pot up one here into one of my keepers, but it seems like I just can't make the time to get it done. I'm hoping to snatch up one of the shimpaku's I have growing out back later today.

It’s been in there for about 48 hours 😁

It is a cutting I took last summer! I will remove some of the sphagnum once it has a chance to get settled in to the pot.

Sooo, when can we expect the shohin sized batch? I have 2 small ficus that I am itching to move into a bonsai pot and all the pots I have, a grand total of 5, are too big for them.

Nice to see my pots pictured in the American Bonsai Society Journal, Volume 56, Number 3.

Pretty soon I'll be back at it. I got a new wheel that's larger than this one, but still smaller than the standard size. I may start a new thread with that one.

That's great, congratulations! Now more people can appreciate you artistry.

Yeah that’s the plan, hopefully I will have enough money. I had a blast last year, hope to see you again and meet other Bnuts.

Congratulations! That's AWESOME;! I'm gonna TRY to swing through Kannapolis, this year...

It'd be good to see some of you guys.

My personal life has REEEEAAALLLLY presented me with a devastating barrage of obstacles this year, (emotional and monetary)

Trying to get back on that horse in the CORRECT fashion.
