Dear Bonsai enthusiast,
I am seeking some advice on how to restyle this larch.
The top has recently been torn off, where one of my bigger plants fell over due to severe weather and certainly landed on the only tree within reach (lesson learned).
After cutting and cleaning, I am now not really sure on where to go.
As it is very unlikely that it will back bud in this location (even though this tree is still young) to rebuild the top, I am somewhat convinced, that working with the remaining lower parts and changing the style might work out.
With the bending of the trunk, I am tempted to bring the lowest branches into a semi cascading position and rebuild the top with the upper ones.
Grateful for any suggestions, thank you.
