I mean what do you think? The bark was stripped around the whole circumfrance of that part of the trunk. Dont you think soil and moss may help it? I really appreciate your advice man

For now, leave this one as it is and when it’s growing strongly again, remove the wire, wait until fall and redo it, properly.

Nah. Tree is in recovery. I wouldn't stress it by trying to push growth. Hands off for at least a year. Two would be better... if it's still alive.

Just leave it be. It sounds like you've got more available near by. Buy cheap nursery stock. Practice patience. But don't take it from me, listen to @Brian Van Fleet his experience and knowledge are on point.

Thats true. The needles are still green but when i brush my hand against the needles some will fall off in clusters. Is it to far gone?

Probably. When collecting you should keep as many of the old roots as possible and research it in this forum.
1st thing you want to do for the 1st couple of years, is to just keep it alive, no styling for a newly collected specimen.
I wouldn't worry though, that's info if you learn from it, and that's not a pretty juniper as it was presented here.
