HELP WITH TWEEDI POWDERPUFF

I know there is some kind of red fungus that can grow on the bark and roots, tho I cant tell you which one,but it seems oyu already figured out why it turned red in the first place?
There’s limitless possible problems that can affect our trees negatively, this gives me a lot of anxiety 😥 but learning how to be a tougher bonsai dad

Going back to what I’ve done, I wasn’t sure of the sulfur powder fungicide bath, if necessary or a mistake. What could have I done better?

I totally agree.
Just because it looks green wouldnt mean it is alive. I am a Landscape gardener, we deal with that stuff all the time. Want to know if something for frost bitten? Scratch the Bark and see the color of the Green. If you have no prior Experience in this kind of stzff, obviously one can think the frostbitten green as a healthy green, or a dead green as a fresh one. There rae multiple variables in the Color, indicating what the Plant´s status is like. I often scratch some of my Yamadori I keep collecting in Autumn, some of them dont pull through, tho I wouldnt know unles I scratch the bark. And if one says " its wasted time" one hasnt done it. It takes less than 2 Sec to scratch any kind of bark, thicc or thin, to check the green. It doesnt take a knife, cutters or whatsoever. Just your Fingernail and 2 sec of your time. Cant call that wasted time.

Whats the status of your Tree now after the Acidic bath? Has it changed?

It is still green inside. I just keep it warm and in moderate light. I let it dry before I water thoroughly again. I hope it gets warm soon so I can put it out on the balcony.
