Anyone got Hot Tamale or Hot Blonde from MrMaple?
Theyre oliverianum x JM hybrids and are supposed to be extremely heat tolerant.

So if you have one of these in an exposed position then please let me know how its going, especially if theyre in active growth right now.
Cheers

Update: In Europe, Hot Tamale apparently goes by Nakahara Beni, akin to its original temporary name (Nakahara Beni B). It takes full sun with no damage. If anything a late freeze might hurt it, but it should recover well and put on a good amount of new growth in that season, thats how it is for me. Mature foliage has a hint of blue to it. Spring color is moderately good. You can tell the oliverianum ancestry
