Cotoneaster 'Coral Beauty' progression

I've had this cotoneaster since 2021. I kept it in the ground for 2 years and potted it in 2023. This is what it looks like today



There is a lot of room for improvements, but I'm quite happy with it's progression so far.
This is what it looked like in 2023 when I potted it for the first time:

It is planted very close to the edge of the pot because most of the roots are on one side and I removed quite a lot of them when I repotted it. I didn't have the guts to cut more of them so I hope I will be able to fix this at the next repotting, probably after 2 years.

I’ve had trouble keeping those alive so it’s nice to see thriving.
