Can't upload a picture

I am getting this message when I try to upload a picture.
Anyone else?
"The upload failed because the file could not be written to the server. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded."

happened to me on and off past few days. i give it 5 minutes and try again, then it works. @Bonsai Nut mentioned some kind of website upgrades - i figured it was related

I even having issue loading a comment - i'm guessing it upgrades

I have the site set up on the new servers... but we are running into problems with testing. I am not going to turn on the new site until I am confident nothing is broken
