Bonsai scam alert

I don’t know Andy at all but ordered a lot from superfly bonsai before they closed and ordered the wire caddie from treeigami. The wire caddie is awesome. I never had any issues at all with any orders.

Agree that the thrashing on both sides has hit high school mean girl levels

Sue him for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud in the inducement, etc. Let the court decide whose story is more credible.
It is very difficult to do so internationally, and very expensive. I am not taking sides in this dispute, but consider for a moment if you sent a pallet of something to a buyer in China, who suddenly "went out of business" before paying you... just to pop up under a different business name selling more or less the same product. It is easy to say "take him to court" and another thing to do it. I've taken someone to court - here in the US - and it cost me a year of my life with the only satisfaction being that the court eventually said "yes, we agree with you - he ripped you off." Meanwhile the defendant moved to Mexico.

As someone on the other side of such stories.. who has been very closely involved in the defence against an unjust lawsuit.. Once the claimant lost, they went on a dirtslinging rampage online which added to the stress I can say: Defaming people online is one of the filthiest things a person can do as you cannot in any way defend yourself and one-sided stories always have a second side.

I was mostly trying to redirect his efforts away from this site. His lawyer will tell him the same thing that you just said.

I once helped represent a Chinese inventor against a German manufacturer in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware. Let's just say I would not have been able to afford those legal fees on my first year associate's salary.

Just informing others of a scammer -

They go under the "business" name Garden of Zen, located in South Africa. Every person who has dealt with them complains of having paid for bonsai trees, and never received them.

You can view the negative reviews for them on Hello Peter here: https://www.hellopeter.com/garden-of-zen

And on their Facebook page here - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100090476298540&sk=reviews
Most bizzare...they joined today. What in the world is going on? @everyone ?

Yeah, that's who I was referring to. After they posted, I looked them up and found all those negative reviews. Always disappointing, but we have a good amount of honest and reputable bonsai nurseries to go to here.
