My bonsai turn colors now, but my yard trees don’t turn until mid November and December.
The first one is a Red Maple and the other two are Silver Maples.
I love the red maple colors around us. The one you gave me is still completely green but im keeping an eye on it. I do have this group of red maplea making some lovely color

The kind of maple you would think is a great candidate for bonsai, 'Hagoromo nana' (on the left, 'Butterfly').

It was a cutting made over 20 years ago, the size of a toothpick.
