Acer shirasawanum 'Autumn Moon' seedling, probably NTTTTMT (probably not totally true to the mother tree ^^) but outstanding luminous colours not rendered in a photo. Very vibrant reds and oranges:

Zelkova serrata: one that has suffered from either a virus, or an unbalaznced fertlization, or something else. It leafs out very late (at least two weeks after the other ones from the same stock, either as seedlings, cuttings or from the intitial batch of 12 I bought 20 years ago). It also develops very slowly, with the first buds with very short internodes (a few millimeters)

Another "freak", that was repotted in late spring; it has probably helped it keep some green:

But now im looking forward to grow this one out !

Others, not worth showing, have lost almost all their leaves, with very colours tough. This one, kept in dappled shade, has been changing colours for a bout 10 days, but it's not finished yet I think:

That other one was kept in the shade for I changed its position when it was in full leaf (May 11th).

Very nice trees "ghues".

Repotted in a different pattern, they will make a very nice forest...

Wow, your yard is beautiful. Gorgeous colors. Must be very peaceful and relaxing.

Thanks Julian! The "relaxing" part is marginal. It takes a lot of work to make it look "peaceful" and every year it becomes that much harder. Need some help just about now!

Haha if I lived in your area I wouldn't mind "volunteering".

Same forest as post 69 above (last Saturday) glad I could enjoy them today as the first winter storm (mis of rain and snow) will surely knock all the needles off in the coming days. Very young in it’s development....three different angles.
