8th National commemorative album?

Anyone know when we can expect these to ship?

Has anyone who purchased a commemorative album from the 2023 National Bonsai Exhibition received it yet? I purchased one at the show, but have not received it. I submitted an inquiry at internationalbonsai.com, but haven't heard a response yet...

I asked Bill about the album last month and he said "still working on it." He didn't say anything about when it might be finished/available.

I thought I'd ordered it but I went looking for a receipt and if I have one, its not obvious. What are some identifying characteristics of the receipt email?

Don't know. I ordered through the website in late June and never got an email. And, as far as I can tell, my credit card hasn't been charged. I did grab a screen shot of the order page but that's all I've got.

Edit to add...maybe check your spam folder if you haven't? I suppose it's possible it went there and I accidentally deleted it.

Now that you mention it, I remembered getting a screenshot as well. I think there was discussion here somewhere of an email not coming so we'd be wise to take a screenshot. Just found my screenshot-receipt. Thanks.

The new 8th US National Bonsai Exhibition Commemorative Album is still in the works. I hit a major delay because many of the exhibitors did NOT fill in their data information. So, I have been hunting them down so i can finish up correctly. Thanks to all for your support and patience. Bill

Following up on this album again to see if anyone has received it yet?

I used a credit card at the Expo to pay for the album and the charge went through, so they've had my money for a year and several months but have provided no merchandise, and I've received no response to emails I've sent through the "International Bonsai" website...

I just read on FB that @William N. Valavanis has just received a shipment from the slow boat from China and begun getting these orders out. Apparently it was too much for a single post office.

Yes, most orders went out the day you posted last, if you haven’t received yours I would find your receipt and call bill

Also, you may want to verify you were actually charged, I once bought some magazines, got the confirmation screenshot and when they didn’t arrive in a few months, realized that I put the wrong billing address for the card, and it was never charged
