An excellent tree, local native (versus an import), and very challenging material.

I also had a good time. Sharing another pic of that Silverberry with its accent plant, plus a Scots Pine I liked, Peggy's Eastern White Cedar, a unique Blueberry I'd never seen before, and neat mixed elm forest. Also including my humble Forsythia in the early/intermediate category. Forgot to snap a pic of one of my faves - the large Styrax. @WNC Bonsai do you have a photo of it?
I also spent (well, traded) a small fortune on Christhian's pots. He's really getting good with his glazes!

I’ll post photos of the winners later today once I get a chance to sort through them all. An article will be submitted to the ABS journal for publication. I imagine some will eventually make it to our website.
