I have a buddy who used to troll performance truck forums with ridiculous stuff that was quite hilarious if you knew better....so that's always in the back of my mind, online.I was kind of thinking the same thing!

Ok, gimme a break, there's more dead twigs than not....I'd imagine one intending to sell would at least clean it up a bit....

Well actually no. There is not a whole lot of room for speculation in any aspect of bonsai. That goes from identifying plants to giving advice on how to care for them...or heaven forbid, how to style them.
Speaking for myself....If I say something about bonsai, you can take it to the bank. I don't get into tropical debates, nor pine debates, or azalea debates. Al Keppler is never going to end a reply with , "but you may be right" or ( i love this one) "don't quote me cause I'm just a beginner".
If you don't know the answer, don't say anything.

God forbid I have a little fun at the expense of someone trying to pass off some very poor, $10 Crape Myrtle material as a Yaupon Holly for $160, talking in fake broken English and touting a nebari.....
I was speculating about the truthfulness of the post coming from experience with others who enjoy trolling forums.
Now I'm speculating that you are the OP.
Why do you have a sumo trident stuck in your dark and remote location?.....like a stole your lunch money or something.
