Winged elms leaf out yet?

I've read that winged elms are always the last trees to leaf out here in socal. My tree seems healthy and green with no dieback over winter but the buds have not broke yet.

For those in socal or similar climate zones have your winged elms leafed yet?

Good to know, still nothing on my winged elm but everything is green under and buds seem to be healthy.

Not your climate, but mine are always among the last to break bud. Nothing much happening yet.

Mine, in full sun, started leaking out about 10 days ago. I have a couple that were repotted at bud swell that are just now leafing out. Storbon trees.

Arggg all my trees have leafed out, it's just my winged elm. Roots look fine, buds healthy, and everything green under the bark but no bud movement yet.
