Some Work on a Few Winged Elms...

Recently spent some time pruning a wiring a couple of winged elm plantings..

The first one...this tree was collected and this is the first real work...it is going to need all new roots next...

This is a group of collected seedlings as well. They have been on this stone for a few years. I think this planting demonstrates some of the potential that winged elms have for making interesting and well ramified trees
