I lifted up the pond basket I’ve been growing a kashmir cypress in and noticed what looks like fungi in the top left corner of the first photo. Anyone able to help identify? Should I be worried? Tree is in potting soil/pumice/perlite mixture and I water probably once every 3-4 days/ when top inch or inch and a half gets dry. It’s got a lot of new growth and the roots are growing out a lot as you can see in the past month or two but some lower foliage did die recently. I was out of town and the tree may have been a little over watered I think
