230" per year. ficus don't mind. Normaly I could cut this tree in half and it would sprout at the cut.

Given that @Shima is from Hilo, HI this made me look twice. The tree pictured does have benjamina leaf shape growth characteristics and bark color…. But there IS a variegated Microcarpa….. and I must now find one for sale.
