An update on a previously posted combo of two West Coast Hemlocks
This latest sequence has a few years of two Hemlocks in a modified 'Pasta Serving Dish' (obtained at a thrift store for CAD$4.00) - four drainage holes drilled into bottom.
Age estimate is about 15 years (from small seedlings <1" which were 2yrs)
All year 'Beauties' displayed in different settings -- at Front Door round table or on Summer Bonsai Bench.
Start of collected Hemlocks Seedlings (age 3 to 5 yrs) Seedlings at 2 yrs only 1" above ground)
Stones keep squirrels from uprooting everything!
