Very nice base that I will cover a bit more with soil. If the tree is mine, next spring I would sort out the roots and make to root base shallow, put it in a wider pot and grow it for a couple years. Then I would chop it short and develop a new top and better taper because the previous chop is way too high, and the tree chopped too early. That chop did little for the development of the tree.
