I'll Take it!**Pom #3- $60 (1 gallon size) + shipping (Continental US only) USPS Priority Mail only. It's usually about $18.75 for the Large Priority Mail box to most zip codes and can combine shipping if you purchase more than one tree from me. I will be posting as fast as I can.
-First to reply gets it. I will then PM you my PayPal and you can send your shipping details too
-A very vigorous cutting that is about 12+ years old---my first cutting- awe! Starting to twist and get the striped bark. Some branch options on this still too. Will get better with age and twist slowly as it grows! Dimensions are about 11" x 7" and the trunk is 1.25" measured at 1" up from the soil line. The roots flare out nicely to about 2.5" at the soil line! I will miss this guy!
-These are hardy to about 20 degrees, so for you folks in colder zones---you know what to do (I hope)!

AppleB

SOLD #3!I'll Take it!
SOLD #4!I'll take it.
Nooooooooo.... Let me know if by some miracle this one becomes available again.SOLD #4!
Is the tree in picture 3777 still available? If so I'll take that one off your hands.Yep, exactly Joe! And they have different looking bark than most "regular" dwarf poms. The bark looks striped. They twist up in the trunk as the grow with age. Without a doubt my fav cultivar! Fall color is amazing bright yellow too...Didn't let these guys grow out to flower or fruit this year, but they have the typical red/orange flower and mini fruits about 1.5". I have trimmed them back already a few times this season (here in CA) because temps get above 85 degrees often and they grow like crazy then. They get pretty wicked thorns if you let a water spout grow out as a sacrifice branch...Also...I lied...I have about 30 of them in 3.5-5" grow containers...ALL are cutting grown or root cuttings from my two mama trees! Pics of the mama tree's trunk and the cuttings below!
Yeah sold it! I will post much more soon though...And I am going to put them in separate threads to make it easier and less confusing for everyone, because I have a lot of material to sell still. Thank you for your interest! Is the tree in picture 3777 still available? If so I'll take that one off your hands.
Geez! Everybody gets so quite when the $$$ pop up.
It's all about the twisting trunk! ... But bark creates a nice look of age and striations...How does Nejikan differ from generic pomegranate?
Yeah needs protection if less than 20 degrees.I'm sure they are nice, but they are not winter hardy in my area and would need special protection in the winter.
I don't have the space for them so they are not an option for me.
