Thoughts on these maybe pots?

Was at a thrift store and saw these little bowls or dishes so I got them because they were cheap and looked nice. Obviously they need drainage holes. So I would need to drill them. But other then that thoughts on these for trees? They are all quite small so would be for small trees.

I plan on using a carbide boreing bit with lots of water

Yes thats what I wanted to use. I couldnt find mine though which was upsetting. I ended up using a concrete drill bit which worked but very slow, i then used a dremel with a diamond bit to reem it out.
