The Tree Thread

It's appearance is more like Shimpaku than any of the other Western Junipers.
I agree, just beautiful. Now I need to get some California and Rocky Mountain Junipers in my collection.
Here some untouched trunk that was buried when I collected this Utah Juniper, cant' wait to make it shine one day.

I gotta give white chojubai a try. Had no luck with reds.

Here's a large peach tree, dwarf variety. The base is at least 10 inches.

No fear ? Just waiting for this wound to close before I could be sure I'm layering at the best widest possible point. Please look for my Kiyohime thread. (Side note: I know I've got an ugly scar up there, and that's why I say to beginners to get high quality tools.)
