Took off all the crusty old leaves.

Big bad wolf in the background.

Those, my friend, are some nice Tridents! Some day....

I'm hoping if I look at enough of your progressions and have about 50 in the ground (to play with) I'll get there someday. I started a few air layers this year too. I notice that the more of them I have the braver I get.

Oink oink...the one in the pond basket has some nice movement and taper!

As much as I love the 3 piggies, I can't take my eyes off your big grin..errr smile. ;) I would too if I have as nice trees to show off. :)

You know, those are three really nice trees. How long have you been at them??

"-- Heavenly God! cried Stephen's soul, in an outburst of profane joy.

He turned away from Al's Trident maples suddenly and set off across the strand. His cheeks were aflame; his body was aglow; his limbs were trembling. On and on and on and on he strode, far out over the sands, singing wildly to the sea, crying to greet the advent of the life that had cried to him." - James Joyce

World-class Tridents you've created there. You should be very proud. :)

How's that for an "atta boy". Wow.

Ahhhh..Joyce...I am reminded of my good friend Rodney Dangerfield.

Great trees, I think I like the one on the viewer's right the best. However, these trees deserved individual photos (at least photoshop the guy in the back).

If you're going to be THAT careless in handling your trees, I don't think you should have them. What're you doing? JUGGLING them? Irresponsible handling like balancing them on each other can cause them irreparable damage.

Send them to me IMMEDIATELY, or I'll notify the local authorities of your wanton disregard for the trees' safety. How's THAT gonna look on your permanent record...

PM me for my home address...
