I like this suggestion, although I don't think you actually need to misspell "Down Under" to make the rhyme work. It's clear enough the slant rhyme is intended.

Thus, my current three favorites are:

• Apex Down Under;
• Bonsai Support Southern Branch Manager; and
• First Responder from Down Under
