The beer bottle (or can) Bonsai Thread

This thread is similar to the tree thread. Post a picture of a beer and a bonsai on every post. Beer can is a good way to show scale as most people know the size of cans and bottles. If you want to respond post a pic. Tell us a little something about the tree, or future plans , etc. Welcome to critiques and advice. I feel these threads can be fun and helpful to interact with each other and to look at trees / learn at the same time. Beer seems to always bring people together!

Here is my first post. A prostrata juniper. I have a thing for multi/ twin trunks. I just noticed my collection is getting filled with them. It might be kind of like @Dav4 drop branch thing! Post em up, drink em up and happy sunday! Cheers

This is my stickroot Amur maple that I got this year. Sorry my Christian morlein otr is getting swallowed up by all the crazy growth coming off this thing, it's been growing like a weed.

Did some trimmimg on 8 shohin elms from root cuttings. Added some wire to those that needed it. Bottle says everything I want to say.

Hi, yeah I repotted this a little while ago. It had a massive clean out and a hefty root chop and it is only now showing new growth. Plenty of burst buds and even more to come but it has been slow about it.
I quite like the shape it has revealed but for now I'm going to let it grow and see what the new growth brings to the party and take it from there but my biggest hope is to keep it alive during the summer.

I'll pop up a more appropriate picture this evening when I have a beverage at hand.

Might have lost this Quince this year. I'll treat as normal then in a couple weeks check for some green under the bark.
