Taking inspiration from a tree with this red bud material I have on hand?

No, I can't get it to work, or the one up top. The only way I can get pics to load on this forum is to create a link and cut and paste from my photos.
I live in a very remote location on the wrong side of the mountain from the cell towers. I get fair cell service using a signal booster, but it floats in and out.
I've asked the question repeatedly, but haven't gotten an answer that works for me. All I have here is my Android cell phone and if you know anything I can do I'd be most grateful. It does work for some folks some times. The photo does pop up when I click on the link.

I see, that definitely makes sense. Without the required connection strength I doubt the direct upload of your photo to the site would be possible. It would likely just sit there trying to until it eventually timed out if you attempted doing so. I will just have to imagine the monkeys and the football

Spring update on my three redbud volunteers.

Looking good! Mine still has yet to leaf out. Looks the buds every day and not sure if I’m convincing myself they’re slowly growing or if they actually are but they’re there at least.

I love the flowers in the spring and also looked into using red bud for bonsai last year but saw the same information you guys did: they hate root work and leaves don't reduce.

Will be interesting if anyone gets them to work for bonsai. Maybe a large bonsai as suggested would. I'm getting to the point where I'm trying to keep my trees on the smaller side and easier to manage.
