I am looking for some advice on coming up with a plan for how to style my "Hot Wings" Tartarian Maple (Acer Tartaricum). I bought for half off from a local nursery and it had 4 large branches coming from the end of a trunk. For better or worse I chose to keep one of the branches. This is what it looks like now

I am completely open to any suggestions for a plan for this, but I found a tree that I thought I could model mine after. Here is a link to the thread with the tree by Mellow Mullet https://www.bonsainut.com/threads/arakawa-maple.23334/

But here is a picture of his tree, and a picture of my tree marked up

What do you guys think? It looks like I have plenty of buds coming in to work with.

One thing I have been wondering about is whether I will need to cut my leader shorter to create more movement/taper. And if I should start growing out my 2 lowest branches at the same time, or stagger them by a season so the lower one is thicker than the higher one.

Thanks!

Shoot, I forgot to add a picture with scale. And also a bonus of the nebari from the angle that would be the front if I went with my idea from the post above
