Celtis occidentalis North America seeds sourced from the parkway tree around the corner from my house.
Put into soil February 25th, 2025. I meant to get a marker to re-label but apparently I forgot.
Allowed to cold stratify in the greenhouse all winter.


Here are the leggy bastards that finally popped up June 2nd, 2025. Put out in the sun for a few hours and then into the shed to protect from squirrels.

Ah crap, this is what I get for taking them out of the shed. Squirrels + my dog knocked them over this morning and I had to get them all kinda standing up and watered.
