Selling all bonsai stuff !!!

Having "666" in your screen name is enough of a red flag for me.
Yeah I noticed that. I was leery that's why I used PayPal goods and services so I had protection. Also I did most communication with them through text message so I had their phone number and they gave me their address. I looked all that up the phone number matched the address and the address was legit. So I thought I was good.

Using paypal is very smart in these situations.

It's only been a few days so who knows.

I was going to ask if you called since @Thomas_666 (satan is a clue) left a number, 360-362-6360 but Google says it isn't a real number. I hope you get your money back, but don't trust anyone on the internet unless you see a history of honorable sales.

AI is only going to make scams worse. Be vigilant. :)
I was also suspicious due to the mark of the beast in their username. Though some people don’t believe in that and instead numerology. Who knows. I hope nobody actually got scammed.

What a shame it's no wonder I have problems trusting people
You trust the wrong people. I don't have problem trusting people... but I get to know them before I trust them.

Regardless, it may have been a mixed blessing. I didn't see anything in his "for sale" pile that was even remotely interesting. He was a super beginner level bonsai practitioner. You can do better.

There was only a couple of pots I was interested in. Like the cheep the formica or plastic training pots and some of the others to put some portulacaria Alfa Frank's in to give as gifts. They wanted to sell the whole lot as one.
They went through a awful lot of trouble for just a tiny bit of money. Then I'm thinking in back of mind hope they're ok from storm.
This is the first bad experience I've had buying from people on this forum

I also trust most people here because I have been around her for a while. but online you have to look for clues as to who to trust. Look at people’s history HERE and consider the quantity and QUALITY of their posts. People with small numbers of posts looking to sell crap are probably suspect

What are you looking for? I have a bunch of acrylic training pots and cheap ceramic pots that I don't really have a use for. PM me and I can send you some.

Thank you I'll buy them from you. I'll pm you later just getting off work and heading to a meeting

For those interested, I have brand new Kaneshin Bonsai tools that I'm selling, which I've listed in a separate thread.

Thank you,
Ben
